About Roberta
M.Ed. School Adjustment Counseling K-12
Developmental Specialist birth-5
Tap-in Parenting provides parent coaching, child development support, and in-home family support for families in Newton, MA and surrounding communities. Roberta Adario, M.Ed., brings more than 25 years of experience working with children, parents, and families. Her approach is warm, practical, play-based, and relationship-centered; helping families better understand their children, navigate challenging behaviors, strengthen connection, and feel more confident in their parenting.
As a single mom, Roberta understands that parenting can be both incredibly rewarding and incredibly hard. She knows firsthand that sometimes what parents need most is someone to listen without judgment, help make sense of what is happening, and offer practical ideas that actually fit their family’s life. Her passion for this work comes from a genuine love of children, a belief in the power of play, and a desire to help parents feel supported rather than judged. Roberta meets families where they are, bringing warmth, humor, curiosity, and a developmental perspective to each relationship.
At the heart of Tap-in Parenting is a simple belief: when parents feel supported, children feel supported and families grow stronger together.
